      Pros

      Bertling ABA offers some of the best support/opportunities for developing RBTs, future and current BCBAs. Many great benefits while working for the company - ongoing training in and outside of direct sessions, professional development opportunities, flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, a variety of monthly bonuses and multiple complimentary staff lunches throughout each month at the company office.. AND MORE! The management team listens to their employees, the owner along with the HR administrators have been diligent in improving :the quality of services and support to both clients and staff, professionalism in the workplace, work culture as a whole, and MORE! I highly recommend Bertling ABA... :)

      Cons

      There are moments of disorganization e.g. there is no scheduler, an appointed person who manages calendar changes, all cancellations, a person parents can refer to re: scheduling updates.... this has been a barrier for staff and parents when providing quality services, frequently causes issues, scheduling conflicts.. but the company is working on this..

      Thank you for your positive feedback! We love providing our staff with professional development opportunities and work life balance! We ensure that management uses active listening to support therapists and their clients. The entire administrative team is dedicated to providing our staff with support, and creating a safe, encouraging, and inclusive work environment. In order to maintain organization, we have dedicated two employees to help manage scheduling in order to support staff when scheduling conflicts arise.

      Pros

      The owner of the company always makes you feel heard and treats you with respect. There are many opportunities for growth professionally and personally. The owner provides many extras not available in other companies, such as bonuses, mileage, professional development, quarterly outings, monthly lunches, and other benefits.

      Cons

      I have no complaints or grievances working for the company.

      Pros

      Bertling Aba, when comparing to other ABA companies, are competitive with the benefits they offer and the extras given to employees. -paid weekly -bonus that are given without restrictions or previsions. -clear criteria for raises (each level) -401K -Insurance stipend -drive reimbursement

      Cons

      Lots of protocols for scheduling processes, calendars, correspondences etc.... This can be confusing at times to new comers and those who have had previous experience in the field. Communication quality is low across management. Which filters down to the employees.
