Pros
The good things about was the relaxed dress code for work, generally good pay only if this is not your primary income and have little to no bills to pay. The break room was kind of nice compared to some places. Some coworkers were nice but managers were just awful besides like one. Get to learn lot so you fix your own tech.
Cons
Low pay considering the regular task and amount of information you should know to do your job. Unorganized on processes sometimes. Spending so much time standing without getting a moment to step away because its always busy and if its not busy then they give you a task to do other random stuff. You are paid the same as sales people yet do twice the work, don't get me started on the people who are in the back doing the repairs that are as well paid just as poorly. Not very gender equal employer from what I noticed as well their apps hardly ever work correctly. As for general best buy, manages mocked employees often as well did not treat employees fairly and there is obvious favoritism and has high school mentality. Majority of the people there just broke policies and disrespected customers often. The only thing that make this better is fixing management as well considering reeducating some that often receive favoritism that disrespect coworkers. There were other problems though can't state it. Just a depressing job overall.
