Pros

•Really nice people and supportive culture •Ample challenges and opportunities to work cross-functionally (relatively easy to move laterally if you find a team you want to get experience in) •Lots of employee development (company-wide learning days, marketing-specific presentation training) •Hybrid working style (mostly remote, but are now requiring 5 days in-office per quarter - pretty reasonable)

Cons

•They cheap out on pay and benefits •Raises range between 2-4% •Workload on this team has been too much for years, and middle management has little leverage with which to actually increase headcount to support properly.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
