Pros
Excellent people, company culture, and work. It's quite fulfilling to help different clients with different technical needs at a given time to find the ideal solution that fits best with them. Given that there's no commission, the team environment is extremely friendly and welcoming.
Cons
Not very accommodating to people that have other commitments. What was so odd to me was that some departments were much more relaxed with their workers taking time off and had their employees come in one day a week if they had school or other personal matters to tend to despite having less people assigned to that department. On the other hand, we had way more people in Computing Solutions but our direct management were significantly more stringent with having part-time workers that were full-time students take more time off and didn't allow us to take less than ~3 shifts a week.
