Pros

I've had the privilege of being part of a company that truly values its employees' well-being and engagement. The HR and committee team have consistently gone above and beyond to foster a remarkable company culture. One standout event was our recent Christmas party, where the team organized a unique team-building activity – "Bring Your Kids to Work." It was a well-crafted program that allowed the kids to tour all departments, gaining insights into what their parents do daily. Witnessing the office environment firsthand helped them understand the dedication behind their parents' hard work. Moreover, the company has curated a mix of educational programs and fun activities. The laser tag game that not only offered a thrilling experience but also served as a fantastic stress-reliever. Each creative engagement showcases the company's commitment to fostering a positive and creative work culture. I genuinely appreciate the effort put into making our workplace more than just an office.

Cons

Enhanced communication tools or regular updates might contribute to a more cohesive environment

Pros

The brand is amazing and you can see remnants of fun that used to make this place unique like the beer fridge and minimal hierarchy. They have decent time off when shutdowns are included.

Cons

The current CEO waffles between crying in town halls to screaming at teams in morning stand up meetings then sending emails about how various people and teams are the best she has ever worked with. You never know which mood you will get. Sales goals are not achievable and layoffs are frequent. Long-time employees avoid promotion because they want to survive so they have to keep bringing in outside management and then they either fire them or they leave often in under a year.
