Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback. This is the first that we are hearing of this and it contradicts the feedback and the trends that we have seen in recent employee surveys. Over the past year, we have implemented various diversity and inclusion initiatives to support, grow, and engage our employees; some specifically targeting our women employees. These include the Women's Mentor Program, Inclusion Training for all people managers, increased company-wide recognition, and improved talent and performance management processes. We hope that each of these initiatives will continue to create inclusive, productive, and rich working experiences for our employees.
As a woman who resides on the executive team, I am proud that our Senior Leadership Team is not an all-male group. Additionally, one-third of all employees promoted last year were women. We are constantly striving to increase the representation of women at all levels within BitSight, and have seen good progress on this over the past few years.
