Pros
I always complete the tasks being planned with my current team, and whenever there is an opportunity for learning, I make sure to absorb the most applicable, important points of the topic that can be applied on my personal growth. When it comes to management, I have nothing negative to comment about how my direct supervisor--which is also the COO of BizForce--because all he has done was pushing me to do my best and even does a really good job at mentoring me. To the people I've worked with, they've been very motivating, positive, and always gives really good advice whenever you're in a pinch. Working with the rest of the team in BizForce/MedCore has made me realize that there is definitely a workplace where the environment is healthy and non-toxic. The only hardest part of the job I had was when I had to write some articles before, which I was not really good at, but eventually, the management did the work and got me a really good workmate who is really good at writing. This is how the management listens well on their people whenever they give out their concerns. They provide because they know well also it will help the growth of the company. Lastly, what I love the most about this job is I get to help the company build their company image much better and it's always rewarding whenever they appreciate my works--yes, the management appreciates their people, and rewards the ones that give their best! In conclusion, working in BizForce is one of the best work experiences I ever been with. Everyone is encouraging everyone to be their best. You won't regret putting all your effort for this company because they will appreciate you greatly.
Cons
for now, since it's still a growing company, the teams are still smaller but it's not exactly a big con because I know they'll grow much bigger and more successful.
