Pros

The only positive is you meet lifetime friendships and they do have great bennifits.

Cons

Unfortunately they do not care about employee happiness. This also depends on which team you are on, but this also seems like it goes across the board. They don't promote within, you have to leave and come back to even get to what you want. They would rather hire outside sources then promote their current employees. They don't focus on your career growth. You're underpaid for what you do. Your business reviews are a joke. Everything is "great", no constructive criticism to help you grow within a career. Management is HORRIBLE!! They only care about themselves, and don't take care of their teams. Management lies to you saying they have your back and fight for you, but don't. Very defeating as an employee. It's a great "stepping stone" company, not a long term company.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I agree with you in that I, too, have made lifelong friends here at Blackhawk. I also agree in that I think our benefits are great! My favorite has to be the paid time off we are provided for volunteering. However, I was disappointed to hear about some of your experience working here. Employee happiness and professional growth are very important. I know that change can be hard for a company but I hope we can learn from your comments and continue to improve. If you are located in our Pleasanton office, please don’t hesitate to stop by my office to discuss further, or send me an email to set up a time to talk over the phone: teri.llach@bhnetwork.com. Again, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and helping to make our company a better place to work.

Pros

Good management, bonus opportunities, training

Cons

The pay is low. Staffing isn’t enough to meet workload, no performance based raises for entry level employees, and very few promotions available
