Pros
Blackhawk has a great business model and been creative at turning a prepaid commodity business into a widely dispersed retail network. There are sets of people that are truly dedicated employees and work very hard at what they do.
Cons
At times, key departments don't work welll together at the Sr. Mgmt level and doesn't always give clear directions to the managers that are responsible for execution. Also they seem to be disconnected at times from the realities of the situation.
