Pros

Great company with an awesome product. They provide you with the ability to do whatever it takes to give your clients the best experience possible. Awesome opportunity to develop your skills and further your career. Upper management is excellent. My favorite job I’ve ever had!

Cons

It’s sales - which can be a bit stressful at times.

Pros

It was truly a pleasure to work with the team at Blank Label. The team is scrappy and comes into work with a 'whatever it takes' mentality that's hard not to subscribe to. Each member is creative, motivated and hard-working, making for an environment built for learning and succeeding. If you're talented, motivated, autonomous and have a desire to learn, you'll enjoy your time at Blank Label.

Cons

As a small marketing team, there's often more work to be done than there are bodies to do it. There is also very little top-down workflow organization, which could be a challenge for less experienced applicants.

Pros

Great people to work with, who are not managers.

Cons

1. They want to show that they are an open company but will do only what they have decided on their own. Every decision made doesn't involve anyone who this decision affects and there is no following-up on whether it's working. They claim to work in an "agile" style but all they do is make changes without thinking and then leave it be even if made things worse. 2. No accountability. Every issue that happened "was out of their control" and it takes months to resolve. Even the most crucial ones: no ability to checkout or place an order. Instead, they decide to have no IT person. And this is an online store! 3. They want to show you how much they want to help you but this "help" does more harm and is not needed in the first place. They don't want to hear your opinion at all while claiming that they are open to feedback. If you do say something against their decisions, all you will hear is "we've made the decision already and it's here to stay". 4. Higher management is focusing on acquiring other companies instead of focusing on the ones they already have and helping them grow.
