      Pros

      Everyone, I mean nearly everyone, is inspired by the company purpose of Economic Empowerment. It helps us all feel like we're part of a bigger movement that can help so many in the world.

      Cons

      Growing pains - and they are not bad in comparison to others. I think different units are under incredible pressure to grow and create systems to scale. I believe this is typically mitigated by how the company works to take care of and support its employees.
