Management is dedicated to seeing you and the business grow and be successful by pushing at the right time and in the right direction with honest feedback. Exciting field with a lot of legs.
Cons
Basic benefits package but the pay scale is good. Small shop, so some capacity issues are inevitable. More of a "jack of all trades" type of calling than a "here is my role and I do it all the time" place to work.
