Pros
This company is great about developing their employees skills and abilities. Everyone who is part of the Blue Margin team partakes in a professional development plan that they personally design. If you are serious about growing your career, this a great place to find support and encouragement. They work hard, but they have a lot of fun doing it.
Cons
Because it is a relatively small company, and it is still fairly new(ish), there are the expected growing pains. But the leadership recognizes these limitations, and is constantly adjusting things to make it run as smooth as possible.
