Pros

I have been working a long time now, and I can say with absolute confidence and enthusiasm that I have NEVER felt more at home in a work environment. I love everyone I work with. The culture and attitudes of my colleagues are so positive and personable. We enjoy getting together outside of work and that feeling carries over into every work day. I value and respect the leaders at this company so much. They are true hands-on doers and live by what they ask all of us to do.

Cons

Medical benefits could be less costly, but we are working on it :) I love that Blue Signal values ideas and opinions of the team and genuinely gives us the freedom and autonomy to work toward changing things!

We constantly strive to improve where we can and take all employee feedback seriously, whether it is good, bad, or indifferent. Benefits have been a topic of conversation for some time and like most companies, we want to be fair and invest in our employees as they invest in us. We are continuing to look at options in that space.
