- agressive and go getter attitude - high commission - awesome products - international exposure - excel with no limit - working with international team and clients - only best will survive - $$ making job.
Cons
- not for weak hearted - success comes with hardwork - if you are lazy you will be out. many engineers complain that work is too fast with tight deadlines... however todays hyper fast world demands to be fast and aggressive... do not know why they complain... even though they get reward bonus for each project completed.
