Pros

Relaxed Atmosphere, Work dos paid for by the company on a bi-monthly basis. Small to medium size company so lots of possibilities to get different sort of work experience very quickly. Possibility to grow and develop. Free breakfast every day, fresh fruits on a daily basis. Allowed a drink at the desk after 5pm on a Friday. Office Location is perfect. Some great people working at Bluestone. Laid back attitude in the office, obviously as long as the work is done.

Cons

Salary package isn't great. Usually this is below market rate. Level of responsibilities and duties are not reflected in the salary. Employees are often not rewarded as they should. There are still no health benefits in place. Very little or no room for work-life balance opportunities, and dependant on the team. Working from home is not a part of Bluestone's culture unless you are a BDM. Which is the wrong attitude to have. Organisational structure chaotic but improving.

Pros

Nothing worthwhile mentioning apart from some good people

Cons

-No career progression -Favouritism at its peak -Upper management do not have skills to lead by any other means than tasks based management. -High micromanagement -“Management” is so incompetent that listening to them describing their “department goals” is actually funny. - Describe themselves as a Fintech Company, but what on hell are they doing with technology
