Negative environment that affects motivation and morale.Teamwork in the AU Payment team is very biased and lacks respect. Some seniors tend to backstab and talk behind others as if it’s normal. It’s not a healthy or supportive work environment. Be careful and think twice before choosing to work with the AU Payment team.
