      Pros

      - Friendly staff and working environment - Great job benefits like health insurance, contributory pension, a paid volunteer day and summer party! - Lots of opportunity to move up within the business

      Cons

      - It's not in the best location in North Acton so there aren't many shops or restaurants surrounding it but there are good transport links and enough facilities in the building

      Pros

      Their clothing allowance is nice.

      Cons

      Poor management and hr. Clear favoritism of employees. They give people advancements before they post the job position, so the job is filled but they let people interview any way, even though they know who they're hiring. The UK controls everything and doesn't include the US office on many events. Poor management. Lack of direction. High turnover. Miserable work environment with gossip and employees who are so underwhelmed with the way the company is run. Absolutely no opportunities for long term advancement. Not a place you'd want to retire from
