Pros
Great remote culture. Lots of cool remote events. Good people, leadership isn't bad.
Cons
They tested 4 day work week and said it was going great but have switched back to 5. Semi understandable given the economic outlook currently. There seems to be some growth tension but again, understandable. This year they gave many a ~1% raise
