Pros
Nothing beats working along bright-minded people, motivated people at Borboleta. Fast pace growth means a lot of opportunities and room for growth. There is a lot of heart and love at Borboleta - this stems from the founders and family members there. There are several family members in the business, but the individuals are different than other family-run companies I have seen. They are qualified for their roles and work together in positive way. Other reviews I have seen on here don't accurately portray the company as in my experience I have seen the family be very generous and people take advantage of that and usually those that don't fit weed themselves out.
Cons
Fast pace does mean a lot is always going on. Growing pains are real, but the results and being a part of it all were rewarding. A lot of hats, if you are looking for a simple job that is more of a checklist job, Borboleta isn't for you. Meaningful contribution and forward thinking is required. Passion and determination are needed to keep up with everything.
