Petty Drama - Server/Bartender Boston Pizza Employee Review

The managers spread more gossip and start so much drama you'd think they were still in high school and not 40+ years old. Shifts go to whoevers been there the longest (even if they quit and decide to come back) rather than those who actually work hard and deserve the better shifts. Tips are horrible, you usually only make semi decent money if your in the lounge and make friends with the regulars. Managers are full of false promises, got told i was going to be trained for a management position and then my next shift they brought someone else in for the position they just offered me, needless to say i didn't get trained for the position.
