Pros

Some genuinely talented and dedicated people work here at the individual contributor level. Overall friendly culture.

Cons

Compensation is a Joke: Pay is significantly below market rate across the board. Annual raises, if they happen at all, don't even keep up with inflation. Don't expect a meaningful bonus; the goalposts are constantly shifted to make them unattainable. The message is clear: they are not interested in retaining talent. Clueless and Ineffective Leadership: The executive team is completely disconnected from the reality of the business and the morale of their employees. They operate from a 30,000-foot view, making decisions based on flawed spreadsheets without understanding the operational impact. There is no coherent strategy, communication is abysmal, and they show a complete lack of accountability for their constant string of poor decisions. Painful "Polonization". Since the influx of leadership and operational focus from Poland, the company culture has deteriorated rapidly. There are significant collaboration barriers, a major time zone disconnect that is ignored, and a clear preference for processes that benefit the Polish teams at the expense of US operations. It feels less like a global integration and more like a slow, painful outsourcing of our identity and relevance.

Pros

Competitive compensation and decent earning potential depending on segment. Opportunity to manage complex deal cycles. Broad product suite allows for cross-sell and solution-based selling. Active founder-led company

Cons

Poor management quality and leadership decisions can impact morale. Culture can feel less dull and lack energy especially compared to faster-growing tech companies. Selling the product can feel little exciting. Internal processes and decision-making can feel bureaucratic.
