Pros

BrandVerity is all about empowering employees. You won't be micromanaged here, we all trust each other to figure out how to get things done. BrandVerity is also also huge on individual growth, both professionally and personally. This mindset creates a great work-life balance and an even better company culture. I can't imagine a more supportive work environment - it's a real team atmosphere and we all find ways to celebrate our success as individuals and as a company. It's also full of energetic, passionate employees who truly believe in what we're trying to achieve and are motivated to be successful.

Cons

You won't be hand held through anything here. You'll be given the tools and education you need to be successful, but it's generally up to us as individuals to figure things out and push things through. If you do better in an environment that guides you through things step by step this might not be the right fit. Also, our rapid growth comes along with some growing pains - we're still learning the best way to tackle new challenges as they come up, so we don't always get it right on the first try.
