- growing pains scaling up the team/company processes from small to approaching midsize - not a lot of established career growth options, you need to want to carve out your own role

BrandVerity is all about empowering employees. You won't be micromanaged here, we all trust each other to figure out how to get things done. You won't be hand held through anything here. You'll be given the tools and education you need to be successful, but it's generally up to us as individuals to figure things out and push things through. If you do better in an environment that guides you through things step by step this might not be the right fit. Also, our rapid growth comes along with some growing pains - we're still learning the best way to tackle new challenges as they come up, so we don't always get it right on the first try.
