      Predictive work, team was decent.

      Cons

      To reduce cost the department hired a manager from a consulting firm who despite my work product placed me on a pip when i went to hr IT was almost a joke to them. I ended up joining a consulting firm myself but I’ll never forget losers stressing the workforce to push ppl out instead of doing a rif. I should’ve sued them

      Team is great. Everyone helps each other. Opportunity to bring up your own ideas and work on your projects.

      Pros

      Great local management and support. Overtime is the difference between $850 a week and $1,300 a week.

      Cons

      Corporate is currently running around with their hair on fire trying to micromanage everything.
