      - Better pay than competitors - "Profit Sharing" - Flexible hours and scheduling - Good group of workers - Good supervisors

      - Never knowing when you will be off. - Some of the trucks are old and the AC doesn't work.

      Pros

      Great local management and support. Overtime is the difference between $850 a week and $1,300 a week.

      Cons

      Corporate is currently running around with their hair on fire trying to micromanage everything.
