      Hours are always there. Pay is okay for no experience.

      Cons

      Work life balance is nonexistent. Cannot take time off during holiday blackout dates.

      Team is great. Everyone helps each other. Opportunity to bring up your own ideas and work on your projects.

      Pros

      Great local management and support. Overtime is the difference between $850 a week and $1,300 a week.

      Cons

      Corporate is currently running around with their hair on fire trying to micromanage everything.
