Pros
Good benefits (but expensive), great co-workers (the ones they didn't fire or push out the door or who ran).
Cons
The most toxic, uncoordinated, hostile, racist, ageist, sexist, backstabbing environmemt you will ever be privy to. Unless you meet certain demographics or good ole boy connections then forget moving up. The more they try to change the more hostile and toxic they get. They will fire you for the unreasonable expectations they set or set discipline plans for it but never once will they give proper training on it. For years I have read so many comments on here by the company thanking people for their reviews as it allows them to improve. I can tell you now the company has only gone further down hill and those statements by the organization are lip service. Please if some legitimate is reading this from Brinks then realize you have a huge issue with your HRMs and managers that needs to be fixed but in the meantime you dishonor all of us who poor blood sweat and tears into this place. You about to lose even more field managers and employees and then good luck as recruiting is already struggling trying to replace people. Training needs to be done, morale at this place is in the pits and only is stated otherwise as we are all terrified we will be identified and axed like so many of our coworkers who spoke up before and tried to do right prior. This was once an awesome place to work even as recent as 5 years ago back when our pay was a fraction of what it is now but the treatment was much better.
