      Pros

      You get a paycheck consistently, pay is decent if your salaried (even good in some cases depending on role and location) but not anywhere near competitive if your hourly.

      Cons

      Semi-monthly pay if salaried, very expensive benefits, minimal opportunity for growth no matter what lies they feed you, yearly layoffs, lost a recent law suit with federal government, toxic environment, hostile management, cycle new management every 1-5 years but more of the same people.

      Team is great. Everyone helps each other. Opportunity to bring up your own ideas and work on your projects.

      Coworkers are nice. Nothing good about this company

      Cons

      There's an excessive workload and unfair treatment, with preferential treatment for some employees when it comes to leaving early
