Unfortunately, you have provided little information relating to your specific issue that would assist me in any effort at resolution. I hope that you were able to complete an exit interview where you had the chance to express your concerns in more detail. If not, it is certainly not too late.
In any case, all feedback, both positive and negative is welcome. I am very sorry you feel you were not treated fairly, particularly after five years of employement.
