      Pros

      Occasionally company wide cookouts, but not often.

      Cons

      Can’t work outside of the building, can’t even access paystubs at home. Terrible holiday schedule, when there’s inclement weather you better be there, NO extra days off. PTO sucks too. It’s ridiculous
