High turn-over, horrible management - Clinic Employee Butte Humane Society Employee Review

Those in charge do not do right by the animals or employees. There has been high turn-over for the past 7 years because of it. Employees were having to work unpaid overtime to make sure the animals were taken care of properly. We would get in trouble for working off the clock, but if we stayed clocked in we were in trouble for overtime. There simply is not enough space here for me to list all of the bad things I experienced and my coworkers experienced. Suffice to say, you can have people in charge appear wonderful and caring and you can have a shiny new building, but that doesn’t mean that bad things aren’t happening behind closed doors.
