Pros
Dress down, other colleagues are nice met some good mates that I will have for life. One female manager was so support to me and I wouldn’t have lasted as long as I did if it wasn’t for her. She deserves everything.
Cons
The management. Dunno how they call themselves managers when they don’t know how to manage. The team leaders are cool but they’re just little puppets. Everyone gets sucked in by the lies told. All male managers are snobby manipulative narcissists. They also gas light you into thinking you’re wrong when you was right. No progression unless someone leaves or you become a case manager but even then it only ends up being £100 more a month not even that. If you stand up for yourself you’re called a chav. There’s no confidentiality everyone will know your business. The people come and go. I started in 2019 and will admit I loved it for first year or so. After then I soon realised the company is corrupt including HR department. Wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them. The make managers are also very touchy feely and won’t be sacked for it.
