      Pros

      The environment, the people and the attention to every detail during your incorporation. I'm feeling appreciated and I have just started with the training ( and they are really training me, not just letting me go and make tons of mistakes)

      Cons

      Maybe some kind of disconnection between departments, I had to wait a couple of hours my first day to get all my credentials.
