Inflexible and illogical RTO policy disrespects employees and makes no sense in the modern world. It’s a technical “check the box” requirement that is terrible for parents and, especially, women. They know this. They don’t care. Employees here enable $$ making, even if it means ignoring bad behavior by senior leaders or top performers. (Things are different in USDS, thank goodness. They are our only hope.).
