Pros
-flexibility of WFH + RTO (return to office) -grab allowances, for ride/food during RTO (allocation varies depending on location) -working environment, colleagues -expensive gifts from the company, especially to those still with the company for 3 years and above
Cons
-stagnant with no clear career progress -repetitive tasks over and over again, till the end of your time with the company, I guess -ridiculous metrics to achieve, as if they are trying to let go of the employees as much as they can -a major layoff can happen pretty frequently
