Pros

Company pays per call Everyday is different, and solving mbrs problems is satisfying. Work truck is provided, and usually goes home with you. (Depends on location and contractor)

Cons

Tax preparation and management is done by the individual. No T4's issued Gas is usually paid for by employee, but has great benefits as it is all written off during tax time There are no positions to advance into

Pros

They migrate the system to Guidewire in 2012 which is great. Location and Cafeteria is good.

Cons

Very poor leadership. There is not value for your work. They only value you if you talk sweet and are in good terms with the Sr. manager. New position get filled without new job openings and are mostly gone to Sr. Manager's friends. I've seen same person got promoted to new role twice in a year without new job opening or competition. Promotions are always a secret for obvious reason. Extremely political environment. I’ve seen some very talented analyst and developer leave this company because of office politics. No appreciation for your work, not even a simple thank you. If you dare to question the leadership, expect HR to bully you. Pay is low compared to industry. One thing that surprise me is how this company continue to win top GTA employer despite the high employee turnover rate.
