CATT Lab Response
7yI’m sorry to hear about your experience. We are a small shop and I’ve had the pleasure and honor of personally knowing every single full-time employee since we were founded in 2002. In recent years’ exit interviews, all but one employee provided positive feedback. They’ve had different reasons for moving to other opportunities, often seeking different challenges rather than being unhappy at the Lab. We have room for improvement, but I haven’t received such negative feedback from any current or former employee. The remaining employee who provided no feedback had been recently hired, took nearly six months of leave, then requested long-term remote work. They quit after this request was declined due to performance concerns. We have very generous policies, including five weeks of vacation and personal leave, and give serious accommodation to employee work-life balance, but must also deliver on our project commitments. We strive to support our employees, and I welcome you to contact me personally and help me better understand your frustration.
