The “People Services” aka HR are so rude and unhelpful. I only had one gentleman assigned to my account whom actually seemed to care and help me. My first 3 paychecks were messed up. First one was about a week late, second one was missing 40 hours, and the third one was non-existent, never paid. How does a Fortune 500 company allow that to happen? A few months after settling in, the senior senior director wanted to know my goals and when I told her to move up to a PM role, she happily explained that since I didn’t have a college degree I wouldn’t be qualified for any promotions for growth. That was my full stop with the company. I was still made to sit in on a yearly review with my supervisor in case I came back. No worries, I won’t. CBRE has proved to me they could care less about their employees.
