      Pros

      Ample opportunities to advance with a great team vibe. CBRE is a very large company, but you don't feel like a small fish in a big pond. Everyone's position is essential to our success.

      Cons

      There's have been a few negative changes in the benefits since I started a year ago, but otherwise there aren't too many negatives. I do wish we had the opportunity to work from home more often.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
