Pros

Nice downtown Baltimore view and also laid back at times.

Cons

They barely hire any minorities, last summer none of their intern was a minority, even though the company is located in downtown baltimore. I guess no Asians, Indians, African Americans, or Hispanics are interested in working in real estate. When they hire 1 per 100, they are left to feel uncomfortable. A lady in property management always referred to African Americans as "they", and how she doesn't like driving in "their" neighborhoods. She said "they" are always killing each other and doesn't want to get caught in the middle of it. You know, appropriate office conversations. She also always touched an African American girl's hair. She doesn't even ask, making the poor girl from a local high school feel very uncomfortable. You don't touch African American people's hair! it is a real estate company, not a salon.

Pros

The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

Cons

I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.
