      Pros

      Most associates and coworkers are intelligent and a pleasure to work with. Benefits are good and salary standard for the market.

      Cons

      Revolving door of management in the BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA office. No consistency in management practice. Watch your back when you turn 60. Document EVERYTHING you're instructed to do... billing the client (Regions Bank) before work is completed. UNETHICAL!

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
