Pros

Very nice coworkers who strive to do a great job for a client.

Cons

-CONSTANT LAYOFFS, and constant job loss threats. -Incompetent managers whose only focus is their next promotion. -Clients who suck all of the life and enthusiasm out of you like death eaters. -No work-life balance. NONE. EVER. -Horrible benefits that will bankrupt you if you ever have to use them. -No advancement opportunities on client accounts. -Poor raises, and that is in the years the client approves them. -No paid training or certifications because the client doesn't reimburse. -Expected to be a salaried "butt in a seat" even though they profess to promote flexibility.

Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

Cons

If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
