Pros

The company culture is a facade to hide the poor employment salaries, bonuses, raises and general conditions. Yes, you get parties and 5 à 7's and it may seem like all fun and games until its time to climb up the ladder and ask for what you deserve. They use the company culture to detract from the fact that carreer opportunities are non-existant when you are a young broker.

Cons

There is a culture of harrasment of all sorts that is well hidden and burried by the upper management. The upper management doesn't have the employee's backs, only the broker's who bring in money. It is an extremely toxic environment for young women - they will try to promote equality and diversity but it's all fake. Young women are treated poorly, with degrading and mysoginistic comments thrown at them daily. Innapropriate comments regarding their attire and how they need to dress are made frequently.
