      - Had some great co-workers, but they also ended up leaving due to under-compensation

      Cons

      - Underpay you and will do anything to not compensate you for overtime - Constantly overworked - Cliquey - All in all, Unless you're in a upper-level management/senior position, leadership does not care for your well-being

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
