Pros
* You get a lot of autonomy and suggestions to improve work processes are encouraged and supported * Great working atmosphere: work-life balance on point, lovely internationally minded colleagues * Flexibility as regards working from home * Possibility to follow extra courses and education which is paid by the employer
Cons
* Bureaucracy, which is in a way inevitable as it is a large corporate. This results in a lot of internal policies to get things done, which makes it harder to get things done * Not a lot of transparency in career possibilities within the company and timeline in how you can progress, make promotions and also how this affects your (future) salary
