      Leadership is very supportive and always has the teams best interest first and foremost.

      Cons

      Compared to other employers I cant think of anything worth adding as a con. The company focuses well on diversity, internal growth, and pay and benefits are in line with industry standards. Work life balance is amazing and they support grass root ideas and initiatives.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
