Pros
Gained great exposure across the company within my role, and amongst our customer base. Was apart of exciting tasks and projects and the fast pace kept me on my toes. Worked with a great team and felt appreciated for my work and effort that I put in.
Cons
Upward advancement can be tough depending on where you are in the company, along with dealing with lots of politics and cliques amongst divisions and colleagues. Some people's behavior reminded me of high school. If you can avoid the drama as much as possible, your day will flow much smoother.
