      CRM/ATS is a bit 90's and has poor UI this affects productivity Identity - mile wide inch deep in some areas.

      - City location - Friendly Team - Implemented a solid benefit scheme - Employee engagement surveys - Half day Fridays

      Cons

      - Disconnect between management and board -Low salaries not inline with market conditions - Minimal growth opportunities within the business - Felt there was a lack of trust throughout the business from the top down - 1 day wfh - Monthly wrap sessions were usually doom and gloom despite company preforming well
