      Honestly my favorite company I have worked as thus far in my career. - We are the the stage of a start up where there are resources and guidance from leadership, but also tons of room to make your own way - I enjoy all of my coworkers and have become friends with them outside of work -Awesome to be part of a company that is truly changing an industry

      Cons

      Because of COVID we havent had company parties/happy hours in a while...so no cons really
